The complete DPA is sent under mutual NDA on request. This page describes what it covers and how to obtain it. The template is aligned with GDPR (EU 2016/679), UK GDPR, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

01 · Our commitments under the DPA

  • TLS 1.2 or above in transit, AES 256 at rest.
  • Data subject rights (access, correction, erasure, portability, withdrawal) supported within 30 days.
  • Sub processor oversight: every sub processor is named, vetted, and reviewable.
  • Security incident notification in writing within 72 hours of confirmation.
  • Audit rights on reasonable notice.
